According to rarityguide.com, the rarest game we had was Donkey Kong Jr. ($12 for a loose cartridge). The next rarest games we had were a couple of unlicensed NES games. One was called Bible Adventures, and the other was Toobin', one of the games released by Tengen.

I remember playing Bible Adventures in, appropriately enough, a Christian bookstore some time after the release of the Super Nintendo. (Apparently, selling pirated games didn't set off anyone's religious sensibilities?)
