I haven't a clue what version you were watching but when i watched Smackdown, they left it in and then cut to Dominick playing on his PSP.
Well, it wasn't in the one that aired at 23:00 last night, when is Smackdown first run over here again? EDIT: That's right, it was Dominick and Rey, not Animal and Heidenreich. All the backstage skits are blending into one for me.

For some reason Sky have started airing the edited version of Smackdown in the 11pm Saturday night slot, meaning the only time you can see the "Late Night" version is when it's first aired on a Friday (which actually airs two hours earlier at 9pm, making the whole thing totally retarded). Most notably they edited out the entire Eddie/Dominic playground video out of the Saturday airing a few weeks back but it was shown in full the night before.
I watched the Saturday version too so I've no idea if they edited the comment out on Friday, but I doubt it. | PerthHeat

I dont even want to think about string dangling from between a womans legs.
As to the growth angle? Why? If they did a rosacea angle fine..but it looks like something from Deep Space Nine

Foolish person, that wouldn't hurt the indestructible Undertaker.

Didn't he already do that in 1999?
