Until I actually see the chamber in action, I will hold back any judgement. On paper, War Games seems boring as hell, but it isn't in practice. So let's try to actually SEE the thing before bashing it.

Two (linda) Miles worth of chains? Doesnt sound to exciting to me! The only time a chain was menacing was when JYD would walk around with one!

You must not have seen heel Nikita Koloff wrap a chain around his arm before delivering the Russian Sickle. He looked pretty menacing doing that.

As for the Elimination Chamber match, it at least has the potential to be very good. I don't understand the point of putting a dome on top of the cage. That pretty much renders the top of the cage useless during the match, or at least it seems like it is.

Yea, I'd give the Chamber a chance before I razz it. Good ideas on paper have turned out to be $hit, but many bad ideas can turn out to be great.

BTW, is Gog the father of Jeebus? :)

It's a Chamber of Horrors match! Are we sure Vince Russo or Dusty Rhodes aren't on the booking team?

Man! People are SOOOOOOOO negative these days.

I think that the Chamber has a ton of potential of being a pretty good match, given the people who will actually be inside of the chamber. I'm not a fan of the Royal Rumble style of having two start and then someone else joins in over time, but that does cut down on the amount of 'clusterfuck' inside of the ring, given the dimensions and whatnot.

After seeing the blueprints, I'm expecting something colossal and unforgiving. I'm really excited about this concept and it's newness. It just may be the start of many more Chamber matches. Let's all give it a chance before we put it down.

Ticamo, unfortunately that's the mood of the board these days.

I'm gonna be in section 102 (just off the floor, yeaaa!) at Survivor Series, and personally I can't wait to see this match. It has potential to be cool, and seeing who's involved, I'm feelin good about the chances.

Although, I must say...that "two miles of chain" seems like a STANKLOAD of chain....I wonder what they're gonna do with all that?

Considering how they talked continuosly about how it was impossible to get out of the cage, does that mean most of the match, by WWE logic, will take place outside of the cage?

I want you to know, I agree with everything I've just said.

Hippie has a point about that, but I'm one of the few optimists around here, and I say we give the chamber a chance too. Hell, there were a lot of matches that sounded kinda stupid upon verbal explanation, but then when it actually happens it turned out to be a classic. I remember when HHH laid out the stips for his 2/3 falls match with Austin. The operative word around here was, "clusterfuck" or "overbooking". After the fact, it's voted the best match of last year. Moral of the story: Don't knock it until you've seen it, then you can knock it all you want.

I am kind of looking forward to the chamber match... come on, it is a creative idea and it could be a good match. Give it a chance. If you want to find something tobitch about, how about the lack of actual Survivor Series matches AGAIN?
A six-man Tag Table match? Gimme a break? Why not throw another guy in there on each team and, I don't know, make it a Survivor Series match? Hell, even a table stip on that would be close enough...

I think it sounds awesome, but I can't help but think that one of the heels will cause the little cage holding one of the faces (HBK) to be LOCKED INSIDE~! and not be able to enter the match for awhile. Then someone will free him and it will be pandemonium.

Kinda like Spinal Tap when the bass player can't get out of his cocoon and misses the whole song.
