| #1 Posted on 18.2.02 2354.44 | Just got back from the show. It was a great time. We were right on the side of the Titantron (unfortuantely we couldn't see it from our angle). We were so close the pyro felt like it was singing my hair.. It was HOT!
Only problems with the show was the lack of matches and lulls from all the commerical breaks and replays. The place was going freakin' nuts over the Hogan/Rock segment. Everyone was going back and forth cheering for both, but Rock's pops were definitely louder. The Razor's Edge was just aobut the only part of it that rivaled the Rock's pop. Awesome stuff.
Oh yeah, I said this would be off-air stuff:
Before Raw-
Tazz/Spike defeated Brock Lesnar & Levithan
Billy & Chuck defeated Randy ORton & Some Other Dude
Test destroyed Crash - good match, but Crash was legit hurt afterwards. Took him a while to get out of the ring and needed some assistance. he seemed ok after a while. I think he may have gotten a stinger
Dudleys beat Tajiri & Funaki- not much to note here. Chicago LOVES the Dudleys. Some cat fighting between Stacy and Torrie of course.
Val Venis beat Scottie 2 Hottie by submission
During Raw-
Some girl across from us kept flashing. During the Angle/HHH match she took her shirt completely off. She was promptly escorted out of the building. This is why the crowd was so distracted during the main.
During the commercial after the RVD/Edge win RVD did the points-to-self, and Edge tried to do it too, but screwed up. He did it upside down, pointing to his stomach. RVD tried to teach him how to do it, but Edge still did it upside down. Funny Stuff.
I think there were some fights too, but nothing I could see.
After Raw-
Jericho bad mouthed Chicago and challenged HHH to come back and fight. HHH obliged and it was on. Hunter kicked Jericho's ass pretty quickly and pedigreed him. He posed some more, took Jericho's belts, lifted them up in his "roar" pose, then dropped them on him and walked off. Eventually Jericho got up, was announced as still being the Undisputed Champion, and walked out to his music.
Great show! I have to watch the tape now. I'm NEVER gonna be able to get up for work tomorrow!

| #2 Posted on 19.2.02 0015.54 | I said this in another thread, and just wanted to back up Eradicator's point that even though there was mammoth heat going back and forth during the Rock/Hogan segment, the crowd was solidly behind Rock. Just sometimes we get overexcited and start cheering everything in sight.

Well put. I thought Hogan's pop was huge, but them when Rock came out I was like "Now, THAT'S a pop." Kinda showed Hogan that he's not "the man" when it comes to the fans anymore.
