So, uh, funny story. For the very first time since I started doing these recaps, I accidentally deleted the whole thing instead of posting it. It's gone, man. The only reason I'm bothering to put this up now is sort of a heads-up: as I correctly predicted last week, I am way too busy to be doing these on the reg for a while. I'm going on a semi-hiatus, and I'll be recapping sporadically at best until winter. So, if there's something you want to talk about, don't wait on me. I've got a couple of (now very) brief thoughts on the show, though.
Gargano got a better match out of Moss last week than he did out of Tino.
Bianca Belaire is really pretty good, and Lacy Evans going to be something down the line.
NWJ is a much, much better brawler than he is a "wrestler."
Neither Aleister Black nor Velveteen Dream are particularl good promo guys.
Trent Seven, on the other hand, is v. good. I like him more every time I see him.
Shitty recap from me! Sorry about that! I can only promise that this isn't the final recap from me, just the last one for a while. If nothing else, I'd never go out on something this half-assed.
It dawned on me today that with all of the talk of Smackdown's depleted roster, the show tonight amazed me on so many levels concerning how much better it is than the starpower of Raw. Why? It actually felt like a wrestling program.
