411wrestling.com is reporting (with credit to PWTorch.com) that the Jarretts have sold majority interest in NWA-TNA to Panda Energy Co. (PandaEnergy.com).

On a funny side note... my step-Mom is all into the charities, and she gets junk mail from the World Wildlife Fund all the time. Well, she recently got a letter from them, and the envelope proudly displayed their WWF logo. I chuckles to myself and brought her the letter and said "Hey, you got some address labels from the WWF!" Contrary to what the "lawsuit" declared, she thought I meant the current WWE and was baffled as to why she would get things FROM THEM...
