Bad show. I fell asleep twice, LITERALLY. My main man HollySTILLRules can account for that. The show was poop. I can't even list how many production things were fucked up. The wrestling was weak. I stopped watching. Literally. I'm sitting here listening to my friends bitch and laugh and tell me "I'm missing something" while giggling like schoolgirls. I can't say I'm done with this federation, because I don't have to pay for it, but I STILL like Lawler and K-Krush (the Truth now) and Scott Hall. This sucks.

Thank God for WWE.

EDIT: I fnished watching it. (sighs) All I can say is... Wow. The good stuff was, kind'a good. But the low's were too low. I'm talkin' BEYOND poop. I'm upset at my FRIEND for ordering it. Worst show I've seen. Made me realize how good the bad of the WWE really was.

In summation all I have to say is this. NWA needs Lucy.

Ouch, Deion, say what you really think about the NWAJarrett.

Yeah, really no question about it, I think this was the worst of their programs thus far (caveat: I didn't watch last week). The show just had a bush league feel to it. What was with the Chris Harris interview? A cigarette? "Bullshit?" Was that Vince Russo's contribution this week?

I thought the segment with "The Truth" (K-Krush - I like the name change) and Monty Brown, which led to the Elix Skipper intrigue, was the highpoint of the show. Honors go to the ongoing Lynn/Styles saga as well. Best match had to be the opener with Amazing Red and Low Ki. Worst match usually happens when Brian Lawler gets within 100 feet of the ring, no surprise tonight. As usual, despite its placement on the show, the world title match is an afterthought with a horrific finish.

The announce team continues to annoy. It's pretty sad when the best color commentator is Stan Dupp. He was hilarious, comparing Ian Harrison to the Crocodile Hunter. Crikey! That was the only laugh I got from the announce team all night.

Yeah I don't think I could recommend that PPV to anyone. Worse than last week's, but i liked last week's. There were a few highlights though:

- Lo-Ki vs Red was unbelieveably good. They pulled off moves that were indescribable (well if you haven't seen much of these two before, I guess, and I haven't). And outside of one weak looking kick, all the spots and every move were pulled off to PERFECTION.

- The Dupps cut a beautiful, hilarious promo.

- And Jerry Lynn had one of the most disgusting blade jobs I have ever seen. He went from a trickle to a crimson mask in about 30 seconds.

The rest was not good. The announcers scream over each other.. You'd think they'd have learned by now to not interrupt. I'd like to see ferrara get out of the booth and just let the team be tenay/west, but I dunno if west is ready.

The main event was a fiasco.. about 6 minutes, finally there was a spot.. then malice or somebody ROYALLY missed their cue.. The lights went out, and back on.. and malice wasn't even halfway down the ramp. Are non-union workers REALLY THAT BAD?!?

K Krush and Brown i like.. I like the lynn angle but that tag match went WAY long..

I'll order the show again as long as there's a few good matches but man I can't recommend the NWA to anybody if all their shows are going to be like that.

Really? I've grown to HATE the X-Division. I'm just not that big a fan of selling your own moves meanwhile your opponent recovers and does another big spot, selling it more, as the chain goes on and on. I'm kind of tired of this style of match.

And many can say that this is the "Rey Mysterio style" of wrestling. Two words. My ass. Watch the early Malenko stuff, watch his matches with Eddie and Jericho where he has to deal with his knee injury and all his opponents do is work it.

Also, the Dupp's can wrestle, but I HATE that gimmick.

I blame everyone (not just Russo) for that show's level of bad. Fromt he production staff, to the writers, to the wrestlers themselves. They should all share in the blame. Too bad I'll be reading recaps from now on.

Nobody held a gun to your head and MADE you watch it. (looks around) You owe me 25 bucks for this shit anyway.

As for the show, I have no comment. That trash doesn't deserve me thoughts, I refuse to legitimize it with such.

Okay, fine! I take it back. As for that money, too bad, it's going towards a Fozzy CD! Yoink! (grabs cash and runs, jumps in car, meanwhile tire screeches are heard)

No, but you're right, I can't comment on how bad this show was. The Torch can go to hell. Anything over 3.0 is out of their goddamn mind!

I'm conflicted because the crowd was completely behind almost every heel (except for Lo-Ki who is kind of a tweener I guess), and yet I usually cheer for all the wrestlers that I like (which are more often heels). I just think that having a whole crowd cheer K-Krush and Jeff Jarrett makes it harder for the writers to turn the heels into guys worthy of being booed. For example, you had a crowd in Nashville of all places cheering the notion that OJ Simpson is being held down in some way by "them" (translation-the white man, which 95% of the crowd was). If this becomes the permanent home for NWA:TNA, hopefully the crowd will be a little more receptive to guys like Apolo and Ken Shamrock.

Onto the show, which was pretty good. The matches for the most part were all good (minus the Lawler-Apolo debacle). The backstage stuff was interesting, Disco ragging on Joey Maggs was priceless and Stan Dupp is my new favorite commentator. The Styles-Lynn storyline is progressing nicely, and K-Krush is the man right now. This show was light years beyond last week (no midgets, catfights, or lip comments), but that arena seriously makes TNA look bush league.

Lo-ki and Amazing Red held it down. It was all dissapointing after seeing that. The Tag title match was pretty good, but went on too long. The other tag match, with Elix Skipper in it was pretty good as well. The main event was more than disapointing. Two of my favorite wrestlers ever, too.

It's been barely a month. Let's judge by SummerSlam...if he's still around. Now: Scott Steiner's WWF run has been a FAILURE. Kevin Nash hasn't been doing enough wrestling to justify his employment.
