Match 1: Dirty Money (with Devon Sturgis) vs Xavier

Two solid fellows here. Devon is a round fellow in a furry white jacket and hat. Well into the match Xavier eats a nice clothesline from Money. A little deviousity at the end for the Dirty win. Xavier has some nice knee-strike moves. Money has a good look. A perfectly fine little match, would like to see these two with some more experience under their belts.

An event center update where I find that Jasmine St. Clair is the NWA Cyberspace commissioner. And there's a big card coming up too.

Hey, there's Bill Apter! He's got an interview segment called Apter's Alley! He calls out to his Aptermaniacs! Bobby Roode with Canadian Flag is the interviewee, and there are two Oriental women in the ring, one of which is in a schoolgirl uniform. Kill Bill, anyone? The other woman is evidently "Mistress Asia", who speaks in tongues to Apter and brandishes a cat-o-nine-tails. Roode hates the USA, so Apter leads the audience in a rendition of the National Anthem.

Another event center....and then...

Match 2: Kip James vs Julio Dinero

James is with Tammy Lynn Sytch. Dinero is with Miss Michele.
One could do several column inches on what is just not right about Kip James' matches. He looks like he should be doing everything right, he moves fine enough, he's plenty strong, but it just doesn't click. Tammy and Michele get into it, Dinero gets distracted, and, there you go it's over.

NWA Cyberspace is at:

OFFICIAL THREE-MONTH COUNT: 112 pounds on March 9, 2005
OFFICIAL SIX-MONTH COUNT: 142 pounds on June 8, 2005
As of 9/26/05: 170 pounds "I've lost a light heavyweight"

I think a lot of the perception of Orlando Jordan as a bad U.S. Champion isn't Orlando's fault. I mean, it's not exactly as if he can choose when and where to defend the U.S. Title. He has to do what WWE tells him, and I understand that.
