What can be done to stabilize the African governments? Anything?

My first impulse was to reply with one word-- "No." But I'm gonna revise that sentiment. I believe it can be done, but it sure as hell is gonna take a lot of time and committment. I don't expect that work to be completed in my lifetime. And "stabilizing" the governments is kind of an objective term in any event.

Eke, I believe you nean subjective. Anyway, colonial powers spent well over 100 years screwing with Africa, subjugating the peoples, plundering the resources, and destroying a way of life. Maybe these same powers should now assist in helping Africa toward stability.
