That really sucks. He always seemed like a good guy, and him and his staff were pretty easy to deal with and professional when we've had to deal with NW on past gamedays. Condolences to his family.

Since the GM is part of ownership, its a tough job to get. As for Marvin Lewis, that defense of his hasn't really caught on well with the Redskins. Perhaps having Ray Lewis was a slight benefit for Marvin.
