In a nutshell, at least my understanding, Richardson is suing the University of Arkansas, alleging that he was fired because he was black and outspoken and that there was an "unlevel playing field" among the coaches at the U of A.
If the university wins this case, I suppose it just goes away. But if Richardson proves the university acted in a racist manor, are the floodgates opened??? Could this set a major precedence??

I doubt that Texas Tech has much to worry about with regards to NCAA investigators. Human rights investigators, maybe, but little concern with the NCAA. Knight has always had a clean reputation with regards to NCAA rules.
