The salary cap put things on an even level, yes, but now he says that there are too many teams out there who don't "have". It sure does sound like a way to get more money to the players. Oh, and both Washington and Chicago sure as hell aren't spending their money wisely. Geez...

There's no way the league plays without a cap in '07. We're three years away and they're already working on a three year extension to the existing deal. Something will get settled long before it ever becomes a mainstream issue. Screw Ricky
To be fair to Joey Harrington, he's been playing well in Miami. Much better than in Detriot. I think his play with the Lions could have also stemmed from simply being on a poor team.
