Maybe if they changed the stipulation to that you *have to use the title shot at the MiTB PPV? Me, I wouldn't like losing the spontaneity of when (and how) someone uses their shot. Not to mention that the MiTB match is pretty much guaranteed to be one of the top 3 matches at any given WrestleMania, it seems like a cynical marketing decision if they broke this off to try and squeeze a few more buys at an otherwise generic monthly PPV at the cost of one of those things that makes WrestleMania the focal point of the year.
