He's back in OVW, I think he wrestled Matt Cappotelli last event...I could be wrong. But he's for sure back in OVW.

I'd rather he go to Smackdown than back to RAW. That show needs all the help it can get in the character department. Nitro isn't that great in the ring (yet?), but he's got solid mic and acting skills for someone an inexperienced as he is. Smackdown could effectively use him, on Raw he's lost in the shuffle.

OVW is not a bad option either, so he could come back up to either show when he is more well-rounded (ie better in the ring).

Just a correction on this - Nitro has never left OVW. He's been here every Wednesday every week that he has been doing RAW as well.

He had a match last night at Six Flags against Big Bad John.

I disagree. Johnny Nitro got his start on RAW, and has the issues and history. Plus, the name and "nitro" entrance video just works better on Bischoff's show. I know I've said this before, but I'd love to see Matt Capotelli team with Johnny as "Matt Thunder." RAW needs all the help that it can get in the tag division; seeing La Rez vs. Hurricane-Rosey over and over again is SO annoying...

The thing with Nitro is that you want him to be good in the cocky role but he just doesnt cut it, he's no early heel Shawn Michales that's for sure. His acting skills are pretty poor IMO, and he's not that much in the ring but there is always room for improvement. I was a huge fan of the cocky, selfish role that HBK made in the early-mid 90's and im begging for a similar character to come along. Orton is the nearest to it but he's too intense at times to fill that spot. I dunno, maybe Michaels is a one of a kind.

People complain about the lack of new talent, and then they complain when you want to discuss new talent. You just can't win on the net.

I hope Nitro moves to SD! Supposedly he has a similar moveset to Jeff Hardy so he could reinvigorate the cruisers. I think a London/Nitro tag team could add a lot to the SD! tag division in Rico's abscence.

Myself, I thought this guy to be rather bland. I was honestly curious to figure out how you decided he has "solid mic and acting skills."

I thought he was very good in his backstage segments with Bischoff or off doing Bischoff's bidding. He seems natural when he speaks and shows expression (using a WWE scale of acting skill, of course), not as forced as a large portion of the roster. He's got pretty good expression, though somewhat limited according to what we've been able to see so far. Still, when I think of Nitro my mind always goes back to that very first segment where he was introduced, and his face after Austin refused to acknowledge his handshake attempt. It was early on, but that is a great example of how he can use the 'little things' to effectively get his character across. Most new guys don't have much if any ability in this department, and Nitro does, and I think he will continue to improve as he becomes more experienced in the wrestling world.

You are somehow assuming that the WWE actually cares about cruiserweights. They have done everything humanly possible to shit on the Cruiserweight division and completely devalue the CW title.

1/3 (give or take) of the current SD roster is cruiserweights. That means that on top of SD sucking shit a full third of the roster is trapped on Velocity (or whatever it's called) because Vince likes the big men. If a cruiserweight should somehow, by sheer chance, make his way to an actual Smackdown match it's only to be fed to Mordecai/Suzuki/other HOSS in a 20 second squash match.

In short, moving Nitro to SD! to be part of the CW division would be like giving him the death sentence.

I like the sound of that, and hell, why not reprise a famous tag name used in the WCW days, such as the "Outsiders??"

Since the name "Johnny Nitro" has a nice comic-book feel to it, why not team him with the Hurricane? I at least think that they could be taken as a more serious team as opposed to the Hurricane & Rosey ...

They may not care about the cruisers but they do care about sagging ratings without Taker. They're going to need to develop the talent on the roster and find them gimmicks that will get over with the crowd.

It seems like you guys are assuming Nitro's talents. I'm not saying that he doesn't have them, he was a good character, and a decent-to-good mic worker, but have we actually ever seen him in the ring? I know he works at OVW, but I don't recall him actually *wrestling* on TV. Have we seen enough of this guy to say that he has the capability of "reinvigorating the Cruiser division"? I think not.

Your opinions are wrong and stupid.
