After the new stories about the long work hours these guys go through, it makes sense for them to crack down on this stuff. I mean, if YOU worked on titles for as long as these guys sometimes do, you wouldn't want someone to jack them on ya, would you?
Kudos for Nintendo for going after this stuff, and mad props to the guy for doing what's right.

I almost bought one a year or so ago, but decided it against it. It wasn't a moral thing as muchas a financial thing. I didn't even think about the legality of it, being that it was being sold right in the middle of the mall. |
