After the new stories about the long work hours these guys go through, it makes sense for them to crack down on this stuff. I mean, if YOU worked on titles for as long as these guys sometimes do, you wouldn't want someone to jack them on ya, would you?
Kudos for Nintendo for going after this stuff, and mad props to the guy for doing what's right.
I'm pleased with this news, if for any reason, it'll stop the sales of these terribly embarassing "toys". I'd feel bad for anyone who buys one, to be honest.
"Marvelous, I love that record. It grabs me by the crotch and shakes me around until I am not sure if I am a man or a woman. Then I remember I am Fernando Martinez, Mister Fernando Martinez, and this is Mister Mister with Broken Wings." - Fernando Martinez, GTA Vice City's Emotion FM
I almost bought one a year or so ago, but decided it against it. It wasn't a moral thing as muchas a financial thing. I didn't even think about the legality of it, being that it was being sold right in the middle of the mall.
Not a bad lineup this week. An modern Blaster Master for NES gamers, a Data East retro collection (are you a bad enough dude to rescue the President?), and Balance Board Monkey Ball. VC/WW North America (Monday)
