Here is a picture of what Nightcrawler will look like in the upcoming in X-Men 2 aka "X2".
Well at least he's blue,has a tail and 3 fingers on each hand and hopefully he has an X-suit and doesn't fight in that the whole time.

Also, did anyone know that on Marvel's website Nightcrawler had a 1 in strength while Invisible WOman and others had 2's! I actually wrote Marvel a long editoral on how Nightcrawler is really strong and should be higher than charcters like Invisible Woman and Jean Gray.

It's the fact that Ray Park as the Toad didn't look remotely like the character of Mortimer Toynbee at all. Cummings as Nightcrawler is actually faithful to the character, costume not withstanding.
The X-Men movie made modifications to the X-Men costumes. They have an easy excuse to keep Nightcrawler's canon costume as it was also his costume as a circus performer.

My friend is a huge Nightcrawler fan and I showed him the picture and he marked out big time.
And I agree that he should have the German accent and my friend agreed too but he said it like this:
"If that lil' blue bastard doesn't have a German accent,I'm walking out and asking for my money back"
And he says he isn't a fanboy.
