Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena, WWE Championship Match: Del Rio
Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry, World Heavyweight Championship Match: Randy Orton
CM Punk vs. Triple H, No Disqualification Match: Punk. I still have this vague feeling that Punk will be behind something. "Best in the World" seems a heelish claim.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger vs. John Morrison vs. Alex Riley, United States Championship Match: Swagger.
Kelly Kelly vs. Beth Phoenix, Divas Championship Match: Beth Phoenix.
Kofi Kingston & Evan Bourne vs. The Miz & R-Truth, WWE Tag Team Championship Match: Air Boom.
Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena, WWE Championship Match: Del Rio retains. But not cleanly. This feud MUST continue!
Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry, World Heavyweight Championship Match: Henry wins the World Title.
CM Punk vs. Triple H, No Disqualification Match: Punk wins. I hope, I hope.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger vs. John Morrison vs. Alex Riley, United States Championship Match: It's amazing how much I don't care. Um, Swagger.
Kelly Kelly vs. Beth Phoenix, Divas Championship Match: Kelly retains.
Kofi Kingston & Evan Bourne vs. The Miz & R-Truth, WWE Tag Team Championship Match: Kingston and Bourne retain, but Miz and R-Truth make sure they get got after the match.
Last time I predicted one match correctly, so I will see if I can top that and screw everything up this time.
AdR Orton HHH Ziggler (titles never change hands in randomly thrown together Fatal 4-Ways) Beth Air Boom Cody
Just so much: it's astounding how much is talked about the DIVA'S MATCH! Did they actually come up with something remotely interesting that would make people WATCH the match instead of using it as the regular piss break?
ADR vs CENA Winner: Del Rio. But not sure how and not sure why I would care either way. Cena as champ really needs to stop. Come on, kids in the crowd. Time to grow up. :-)
ORTON vs MIZZARK Winner: My gut says it won't happen, but I'd like a Mark Henry victory. So Henry.
PUNK vs HHH Winner: Double DQ. Nash and Johnny Ace get involved. Maybe a 3rd person. Moves to HitC.
ZIGGLER vs SWAGGER vs MORRISON vs RILEY Winner: Riley. I dig that suggestion.
KELLY vs BETH PHOENIX Winner: Kelly Kelly. God help us all.
AIRBOOM vs TRUTH-SOME Winner: AirBoom. Conspiracy!
Del Rio. Somehow I have faith that they're not going to cut him off at the knees.
Henry. They're not going to have Orton hold the belt all the way to Mania, and Henry makes as much sense in WWE-think for a run with the belt as anyone.
Trips. Here I have less faith.
Dolph. No real need to make a change here.
Beth. I keep predicting this, I'm bound to hit it eventually.
Truth & Miz. They're teasing Rock and Cena teaming up at Survivor Series. Truth & Miz strike me as the logical opponents, so giving them a title run first makes some sense.
Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena, WWE Championship Match: Del Rio. Somehow.
Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry, World Heavyweight Championship Match: Henry. Hopefully.
CM Punk vs. Triple H, No Disqualification Match: HHH, though I'd prefer Punk.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger vs. John Morrison vs. Alex Riley, United States Championship Match: I'll go with what others have said: Swagger, to continue the squabbling between Ziggler, Swagger, and Vickie.
Kelly Kelly vs. Beth Phoenix, Divas Championship Match: Beth.
Kofi Kingston & Evan Bourne vs. The Miz & R-Truth, WWE Tag Team Championship Match: Kofi & Evan, purely to see if that creates more CONSPIRACY.
Cody Rhodes vs. Ted DiBiase, Intercontinental Championship Match: Rhodes.
Originally posted by JustinShapiroMightn't it be good for Kelly to lose and chase against a big mean obstacle for poor little nice girl? I think one of the most important things in Trish Stratus making a real connection with the WWE then-iverse was her programs with Jazz and Victoria, where they gave her so much adversity and so many bitch-beatdowns but she never gave up and finally persevered.
Well, sir, no less an expect on the Divas than Trish Stratus (wwe.com) agrees with your assessment that a hungry Kelly Kelly who knows what it's like to be on top and lose and want it back might be the best thing for her. This, coupled with Beth actually being booked to be dominant on Smackdown in squashing AJ, and top secret news from an excited K2 that she hasn't revealed yet on Twitter leads me to suspect Beth might just get a hometown Divas Title win on Sunday.
Still, I'll hold fast to my prediction Kelly walks out with the pink butterfly somehow.
Alberto retains (DQ or something) Orton retains (not sure about this one) John Morrison Air Boom cody Rhodes Beth
HHH vs Punk...Hrrm...I'm not sure. I'm gonna go with Punk winning. Via evil interference. And Punk will be happy and then Steph is the new COO. Going from bad to worse, etc...
Del Rio/Cena - Del Rio in screwy fashion. The feud must continue. Blah.
Henry/Orton - They've done a masterful job building Henry up and it seems like he -has- to win. Strangely enough, I think he actually will. Any chance Taker's on the horizon? It seems like Mark's being set up to eventually challenge him (although not at Mania, they're not -that- crazy...are they?)
Rhodes/Dibiase - Easy pick of the night, Rhodes retains.
Ziggler/Swagger/Riley/Morrison - Who's the face if Swagger and Dolph end up in a full feud? At this point, I feel like Vicki turns on Dolph and helps Swagger get the win, probably at Riley's expense. So, Swagger here.
Beth Phoenix/Kelly Kelly - Kelly wins by fluke/roll-up, then gets destroyed after.
Air Boom/Miz-Truth - Miz and Truth are very awesome, but they both won their singles matches and it seems inevitable that AB wins in the team environment, allowing M/T to cry conspiracy further.
Triple H/Punk - I've struggled with this one. Clearly shenanigans will happen, but I have a feeling it will be a phenomenal match before the overbooking kicks in. That said, HHH is somehow betrayed, Punk wins but isn't satisfied and stays a face, ending up teaming with Trip against whoever's behind things. I desperately wish it was a returning Jericho, just because a Punk/Jericho feud would be SWEET, but that's just not going to happen. But I can dream.
"Never piss off a hawk with a blowgun" - Conan O'Brien
Alberto Del Rio vs John Cena - The way this has been built up, with Cena burying ADR's gimmick at every turn, the finish really should be ADR going over clean. ADR will win, but it won't be clean, and Cena will continue to bury him on the mic.
Randy Orton vs Mark Henry - Henry destroys Orton in some fashion, allowing Orton to retain by DQ.
Randy Orton vs Daniel Bryan - Yes indeed. Bryan cashes in on Orton and shockingly gets the World Title here.
HHH vs CM Punk - I'll go for Punk winning here, with possible interference from Nash/Laurinitis.
Beth vs Kelly Kelly - Kelly retains again.
Air Boom vs Awesome Truth - Air Boom retain.
Cody Rhodes vs Ted Dibiase - Rhodes retains.
Fatal Four Way - I can see them putting the belt on Alex Riley.
Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena, WWE Championship Match: Del Rio wins with help from somebody. Feud continues.
Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry, World Heavyweight Championship Match: Mark Henry in surprisingly dominant fashion.
CM Punk vs. Triple H, No Disqualification Match: Triple H wins when Nash, Johnny Ace, Stephanie, Motorhead, Michael Cole, a flock of geese, the 1989 Denver Broncos, and anybody else who is hanging around backstage interferes.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger vs. John Morrison vs. Alex Riley, United States Championship Match: Scott Keith suggested using this to turn everyone on Morrison and give Vickie a stable, which I think is a good idea. SO it won't happen. Swagger wins and Dolph and him continue feuding.
Kelly Kelly vs. Beth Phoenix, Divas Championship Match: There is only one major storyline going on in the Diva's division right now and in order for it to continue Beth needs a win so she gets it here.
Kofi Kingston & Evan Bourne vs. The Miz & R-Truth, WWE Tag Team Championship Match: Air Boom win, but Miz/Truth look strong in the process. Cody Rhodes vs. Ted DiBiase, Intercontinental Championship Match: For whatever reason they seem determined to try and get DiBiase over, but I think Cody wins here and they continue to fued.
That's so much bullshit, Nag. HH wasn't even that active during much of the WCW serious downturn in ratings after the NWO days. No, Wrestling fell off, whoever was really running WCW and booking it (and I'm not insyder enough to know exactly who)
