Yes because it's the same kids traveling all across the country to every RAW and every PPV. There is no global curfew and parents can let thier kids out as late as they want. At least the groups of 10 year olds at the shows have a parent with them.

One party had kids staying up late every week to watch RAW
The other party had kids staying up late to watch a RAW event live once in a blue moon.
One's probably a special occasion, the other is Business as usual.
I don't have kids though, so I don't understand what the current best practice is regarding bedtimes or watching grown men in their underwear pretending to fight.
