(Yeah, I never heard of this company and I don't know what icon to use, so if someone wants to fix that, go ahead...)
So what the hell is/was wrong with the guy that he wasn't medically cleared to wrestle for TNA, WWE didn't sign him for some reason I can only guess it was a medical reason. What is up with him.
I had never seen him before he popped up on TNA cause I don't follow the indy stuff. It all seems embarrassing to me like that Chikara crap with the goofy ants and shit. I did end up watching some older matches of his on the Youtube and I gotta admit... he's a bad ass wrestler. Nigel, to me, is what you people think CM Punk and Daniel Bryan are. He should be the best pure wrestler working in the business today. Sadly, he isn't. He got some mysterious medical thing and he wasn't physically allowed or able to wrestle. No one seems to know what is wrong with him. How is that? This is the Internets, for fuck sake... EVERYTHING is on the Internets. Why isn't someone, somewhere coming out and saying "Nigel McGuinness is not able to wrestle because _____________ and here is the proof of what I am saying...". I thought the Internet knows everything about everybody?
Anyway, coming November 12th is Nigel's first match since his TNA run last year. He is also doing a one day training camp for only $30, so if anyone lives in the area, you should go there and ask him why the hell he wasn't able to wrestle. What the fuck is the big secret? Shit, I wanna know, damnit!

Also, if it is Hep-C, how is it that no one's uncovered any proof of it. A leaked doctor's letter or something. Nothing stays secret in this business.

My affiliate aired the same episode on consecutive weeks, so the last episode I saw had Nigel step in the ring from the commentary spot to stare down the Martini crew alongside Eddie Edwards. He only got as far as taking off his jacket.

I'll throw in some pure speculation and say it could be that he wanted out of TNA and the only way he could get out of his contract was due to injury and he decided to milk the legit injuries he had rather than tough it out.
The Hep C stuff seems to me more like a situation of keeping something secret and people filling in the blanks with the most scandalous scenario. |
