While I'd love for Oakland to be 4-4 at this point, they are actually 2-6 (you do have them in the right seed)

and for those of us already looking toward the draft, the draft order for the top 16 pick is as follows:

Pick: 1 St. Louis 0-8 .000 .496
Pick: 2 Miami 0-8 .000 .541
Pick: 3 NY Jets 1-8 .111 .569
Pick: 4 San Francisco 2-6 .250 .426
Pick: 5 Cincinnati 2-6 .250 .485
Pick: 6 Atlanta 2-6 .250 .504
Pick: 7 Oakland 2-6 .250 .527
Pick: 8 Arizona 3-5 .375 .426
Pick: 9 Minnesota 3-5 .375 .547
Pick: 10 Philadelphia 3-5 .375 .592
Pick: 11 Denver 3-5 .375 .594
Pick: 12 Chicago 3-5 .375 .600
Pick: 13 Houston 4-5 .444 .557
Pick: 14 Seattle 4-4 .500 .372
Pick: 15 New Orleans 4-4 .500 .450
Pick: 16 Baltimore 4-4 .500 .462

Glenn Dorsey or Jonathan Stewart in blue and silver, anyone? BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA~!

EDIT: Although, now that I think about it, the oldest position on the team is linebacker with Vrabel and Bruschi, so maybe they would take Dan Connor from Penn State there. Although, knowing the Patriots, they'll probably trade down and recoup a pick near their original first-rounder.

It's worth repeating: BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA~! I ::heart:: Alex Smith.

If they have a Top 5 pick the Patriots will probably trade down because they aren't going to pay a rookie the huge signing bonus that a top pick gets. Instead, they'll just pile up picks and be able to use surplus picks to get someone's malcontent like they did with Moss or get future extra picks that they can use to sign a restricted free agent like they did with Welker. Now, if the pick is directly in front of the Jets pick, all bets are off.

According to my post-week 17 thread Click Here (The W), I have Cleveland picking 20th (given to Dallas), as the team with the best record that didn't make the playoffs. According to the NFL Click Here (nfl.com), they have the 22nd pick (Dallas, actually)...
