I think these SOVs are flipped.

EDIT: To be fair, I hate the Cowboys with all my heart, so let's call it a "I wish it were true".

lotjx, the problem with Cincinnat's defense this year is that they lost practically everyone from last year's defense which was quite good. He's an offensive game planner but the defenses have usually been decent under his watch.
