Sorry, didn't post this Sunday!

Both games SUNDAY! (1/24/2016)

All times EASTERN!

AMERICAN FOOTBALL CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP

2 NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS @ 1 DENVER BRONCOS - 3:05PM

NATIONAL FOOTBALL CONFERENCE

2 ARIZONA CARDINALS @ 1 CAROLINA PANTHERS - 6:40PM

I'm really surprised we ended up with 1 vs. 2 in both games. Of course, I don't want to talk about the Packers.

I'm not sure this is common knowledge or even that he wants you to know, but the Zim Bros will be attending Super Bowl 50 and covering the weekend's festivities for The W who am I kidding, this part probably isn't happening unless we somehow get really bored and get really good WiFi.

SO! Who will we be seeing two weeks from Sunday? ENTER GUESS NOW:

(I would LIKE to see Denver vs. ...I don't really care who's from the NFC so long as they can beat Denver. I think they can both beat Denver. But can I tell you a secret? I also think New England can probably beat Denver. BECAUSE THEY CHEAT.)

I think it's Arizona/New England. I hope you and Aaron have a blast at New England's coronation, which as a Giants fan, I will absolutely hate.

Still think it's so odd that the WWE would schedule the Royal Rumble on the same day as the conference championships.

I also think it'll be Pats/Cards. I don't want the Pats to win again, but I want them to make it to the Super Bowl so my wife and I can have another humiliating bet on the game. Last year I lost and had to go see 50 Shades of Grey on Valentine's Day.

I'll go with my heart instead of my head.

Broncos vs. Panthers.

They can talk about Manning vs Brady all they want, what it really comes down to is Gronk vs the Denver Secondary and I give this one to my Broncos by 3 points or less.

In the other game, it comes down to a battle of wills between Larry Fitzgerald & Cam Newton and who just won't lose. The Coronation Committee is readying Cam's Crown but Larry has been there before and he will take the Cardinals back again.

Can't wait to see pictures of the Zims in their SB50 gear. I wonder, will they make the Jumbotron ?

So, in five predictions, we have all four scenarios represented. Yeahhhhhh, I have no clue, but I'm rooting for Panthers/Broncos.

While I would love to see this happen, Doug, I think you're dreaming.

Here are some more thoughts from a demented mind in Central Florida:
Matchup I Would Like For The Super Bowl: Any of the remaining teams, so long as the New England Patriots don't make it. Sadly, I don't see that happening.

Matchup We'll Probably Get For The Super Bowl: Carolina Panthers vs. New England Patriots.

I swear, I'm gonna puke if the Patriots win the Super Bowl again.

Well, how about that? Either my boy Peyton wins again, or the Panthers (whom I've liked since they were first created) win their first Super Bowl. Excellent.

yesterday Bruce Smith broke the career sack record previously held by Reggie White. Sacks have only been counted as a seperate stat since 1982, and everyone in football says the true career record is actually held by Deacon Jones.
