Flair w/ Batista, 3MW, Rico.
It sucks, I know. But even Flair somewhat acknowledged it later in the show when talking with HHH.
Well, that means Roma, Mongo and quasi-horsemen Kendall Windham/Michaels Hayes (aborted '89 angle), are off the hook as the worst Horsemen ever if 3MW holds up 4 fingers.
Ah, come on now. I would take Jamal any day over Mongo. And Rico over Roma. And Rosey over Pillman (kidding about the last one).
The call is from heroism; will you accept the charges?

| #24 Posted on 7.1.03 1345.21 | Funny, I have been archiving old Horsemen stuff on DVD this past week, and now WWE does this!
Too spooky.

Originally posted by The 5th Horseman You've got to be more specific. There were so many beatdowns of Sting by the Horsemen. There are 2 classics.
1. The night Flair, Arn, and Ole kicked Sting out of the Horsemen because Sting won a shot at Flair's World Title.
2. (This is the one I assume you're referring to) The time Flair and Arn had apparently split up and they were feuding for a while. Then, Arn got Brian Pillman to help him with a few attacks on Flair, which led to Flair begging Sting to be his partner several times with Sting refusing because he didn't trust Flair. Sting finally agreed after Flair "proved" his loyalty to Sting but, Flair immediately turned on Sting when the Flair/Sting vs. Arn/Pillman match happened.
That was funny and that was the reformation of the Horsemen after a Horsemen absence. Benoit was added to Flair, Arn, and Pillman shortly after that.
Oh yeah, it's the 2nd one. I remember watching that and thinking "There's gonna be a beatdown at the end of this match". You knew it was coming from a mile away, but the build up was so good. I remember laughing my ass off and my mom saying how much she HATED Ric Flair... my mom was a Sting mark by the way. She told me to shut up with the laughing cause it wasn't funny.
...ah, good times, good times.

| #26 Posted on 8.1.03 1304.14 | I'll accept a Trip/Batista/Fat Samoan Horsemen if one of the two following conditions are met: 1) A Best of the Horsemen DVD comes out showing the Horsemen at their best (with Wargames '87 and '91 a non-negotiable must). 2) Barring that, a Best of Wargames DVD, featuring '87,'91,'92,'93(for comedy value) and '96.
Give me one of those two, and I'll accept a bastardized version of the Horsemen.

| #27 Posted on 11.1.03 1740.23 | A reminder that tonight is the Confidential with the 4 horsemen. Also on the show is a "Before they were Superstars" piece on Jericho, and a feature on Bradshaw in Afghanistan. I'm not looking forward to the Bradshaw piece.

If they put the Horsemen piece on, then the Jericho piece, I can flip the channel and not even have to worry about the great locker room leader Bradshaw's piece.
