Say what you will about Eli but dammit, he got the job done today. And the defense put Brady on lockdown.

Why? So far, there's been one PROVEN (Sorry Maurice, howsabout some proof next time?) incident of a player receiving an improper benefit. If there are more, then yes, it would be reasonable to expect sanctions.
