Now I don't want to be like fark.com and pimp the new Strong Bad email every week, but this new email is the special "50'th Email" edition. It is seriously one of the funniest email cartoons ever. And it holds not one, but two Easter Eggs (one is definitely easier to find than the other). So go to www.homestarrunner.com and see for yeself.

The first Easter Egg isn't that easy to find, but gives a pretty good payoff.

I found the one that gives you the Olden Times Strongbad cartoon. That was easy. The other one?

-Jag

With poison running through your veins, and death marching solemnly towards you, heroic acts become more of a necessity as you see your time dwindling.

Vanquishing your enemies, making amends to those you have wronged, and leaving words of love and kindness for those around you become second nature as your own mortality looms

However, true strength lies not in these last desperate acts, but in the actions of one who has to get out of bed the next day and face the consequences of doing that which you believe is right.

Click on the word "book" when Strong Bad makes fun of the guy during Email #1.

Ok a few very important things to consider. First, from what I've seen over the years, when a house is listed with an agent it tends to be priced between five and ten thousand more than what it was without the agent.
