SUCCESS IN LIFE Yes You Can! "Five Communication Secrets that Catapulted Obama to the Presidency." #1: Be Barack Obama
AND FINALLY... VJWorld Visuals Countdown Clock Timer Seriously? Seriously. "Now everyone can see how much time is remaining, on the TV." It puts a VIRTUAL TIMER on your screen. No more cheating at charades! I mean, read this description: "The Countdown Clock Timer features Looping and Straight Countdown Timing. Choose from 60-45-30-20-15-10-5-4-3-2-1 minutes and also a 30 Second countdown. Used with Parlor Games and at Poker Tournaments, Casino and other games like Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble, Whose Line Is It?, Chess, Boggle and Pictionary. Also, it can be used as a Workout Timer, a Homework Clock or for Student Test Timing and so much more." I'm surprised they didn't suggest you use it for cooking your eggs. And they think people will pay TEN BUCKS for this! I mean....y'know, actually, I wish I'd thought of this. I bet they make a mint. Back up the truck!
And with that, we're out for now. I'd love to hear if anything gets you excited enough to reply, but even if nothing here grabs you, I'll be back later to give you the "after press time" changes right up to release day!
Anyone have any experience with this on-demand service? When did this start? Are they doing MGM catalog films as well?
"Well, you can't involve friendship with business. It has to be one or the other. It's either business or friendship, or hit the bricks!" --Life Lessons from Bobby the Brain Heenan WCW Uncensored 2000 preview

Haven't ordered any but thought about it; Recently (last year?); Yes, although I don't think there are a lot of MGM films out there yet. I listed five back on 12/15/09 (The W) and five on 12/31/09 (The W), and, why not, I'll repaste them here:
Trapeze (The W at Amazon) (1956) Burt Lancaster, Tony Curtis, Gina Lollobrigida The Group (1966) Candice Bergen, Joan Hackett - directed by Sidney Lumet Far North (1988) Jessica Lange, Charles Durning, Tess Harper - written and directed by Sam Shepard Rich in Love (1993) Albert Finney, Jill Clayburgh, Kathryn Erbe, Kyle MacLachlan, Piper Laurie, Ethan Hawke, Suzy Amis, Alfre Woodard - geez, enough names on the videotape box? A Fish in the Bathtub (1999) Jerry Stiller & Anne Meara
A quick search reveals Between the Lines came out 1/28 and I must have missed it, and Dreamchild comes up, but comes up as "has not yet been released."
I think that's everything from MGM listed at Amazon so far. Unfortunately, MGM doesn't seem to have put a list anywhere on their website.
ONE MORE BIG MOVIE Ninja (The W at Amazon) (2009) Scott Adkins, Tsuyoshi Ihara - nothing but one picture at their website , SO - more info and trailer at First Look (firstlookstudios.com) Ninja [Blu-ray]
