And the show is still unwatchable. I don't know what it is, maybe a combination of the animation style, writing, and voice direction, but I had a really hard time getting through the latest episode of this show. Is it just me? Is this show secretly funnier than Arrested Development and I just don't "get" it? I'd be interested in knowing if anyone actually finds this show entertaining.

I have had the misfortune of seeing this show. It is really, really gay. I wish this and "Super Milk Chan" would go far, far away and never return.

I recently watched the Dog marriage episode, and it was SO bad. It's not worse than Super Milk Chan, but it's damn close.

It was playing in the background last night after Robot Chicken. Pretty easy to ignore, except for the sneezing/"bless you" bit, which made me look for a sledgehammer.

Geez, I'LL stick up for this poor show. It's not THAT just have to be in a different frame of mind when you watch it. It's DEFINITELY not "Oh! Super Milk-Chan" bad.

Besides, I hear that Tim and Eric's website ( is a great place to waste a whole lotta time, too.

I agree that it's not "Oh! Super Milk-Chan" bad. But it's really, really bad. I wanted to like it, I really did. But I just can't. It's just not funny to me. And the animation gets on my nerves.

I'm fairly disappointed with Adult Swim right now. Robot Chicken is usually good for a couple laughs and I love the Venture Bros., but Sealab is starting to veer into "weird, not funny" territory, as opposed to "weird, but funny." We get it. Marco had sex with a shark. Ha ha ha. I've seen every episode of Family Guy and Futurama now, so basically there's only two shows _ Robot Chicken and the Venture Bros. _ that I look forward to anymore.

I would make the distinction between bad & annoying. Super Milk Chan is hideously annoying. Annoying is intrinsically bad. I have a feeling that if there were an annoying-ness filter available, there might be a tiny kernel of amusement value somewhere; however, that's moot due to the annoyance factor. Hence, bad.

Tom goes to the Mayor is just plain, vanilla bad. Lame. Not funny. Nothing to look at here, let's move on. Totally ignorable. Hence, also bad.

Tough call, which is more bad: enthusiastic bad, or boring bad.

("Different frame of mind", eh? Have you been sharing mindsets with Rob Van Dam recently? :-) )

I'm gonna stick up for TGTTM - I find the show to be pretty consistantly funy in the same vein as the later Brak Show episodes. Absurd, but at the same time funny, if only for the Mayor and his massive leaps of logic. Plus Joy is pretty funny too. (I still don't understand why every woman on the show is fat, dumpy, and generally unattractive, though.)

Except for the WW Laserz episode. That was a pile of crap.

I keep hearing about how "Tom" is funny as hell and how I'm missing out on a great show. I like some of the AS lineup: Family Guy, Sealab, ATHF, Futurama, Robot Chicken. I haven't seen anything else that hasn't been in the 11p-12:30a timeslots.

These last couple of weeks, I've been seeing ads for the new season and they're just TOO homoerotic for me. Maybe I'm missing out on the greatest thing since sliced bread, but those ads turned me off.

The low end of the FM band often has broadcast TV sound, in my experience. I've never seen this on the high end before. I was thinking VCR rabbit, but I can't remember if that uses FM or not. This thing seems like a pretty good culprit to me.
