I'm really looking forward to seeing this. I don't know when they plan on making it availiable in the U.S. (what network, etc.), but they've already signed a deal with the CBC for Canadian broadcast (maybe some tape trading is in order).
I've loved this show since first seeing it on PBS growing up in Chicago in the 1970's. Jon Pertwee was always my favorite Doctor and the U.N.I.T. stories were classic.
Christopher Eccleston is a great choice to play the Doctor. I thought he was always excellent in Cracker and was very intense in his performance.
The show is supposed to start in the U.K. on BBC 1 on 3/26, and I'm very intrigued with what the show will be like (story-wise and production-wise).

I have a funny hunch that somehow it will be made available over the Internet. Wink, wink.
