I've said it before but I still do not know why NBC, CBS or ABC has not given JT a summer variety show. He is an excellent performer, has great comedic timing and relates well to all. He could call on any of his musical friends and actor buddies and put on a six wek 1 hour per week variety show. I know I would watch it.
And The Barry Gibb Talk Show is one of my all time favorite running skits and about the only time I find Jimmy Fallon funny.

I thought it was odd that that skit aired after the news, when many people stop watching, as I did, prior to DVR. I also thought it was one of those skits that only I thought was funny. It's uncanny how much JT looks like Robin Gibb.

I realize my memory is faulty (and proven so quite a bit on this board!), but didn't the "Barry Gibb Show" skit usually appear as one of the later skits the other times they did it?
That being said, JT has joined "the pantheon" of hosts I look forward to like Baldwin. Good stuff.

Maybe so. But what I meant was, because of Jimmy doing the cameo, I would think it would be earlier in the show. I should have clarified that.

I think I've said this before here, but I remember the first Barry Gibb show skit airing as the very final skit on the show. I called it one of the better final skits I had seen.
