How does one go about contacting their congressman?

I love it when a plan comes together

This will let you know who your rep is by the zip code you live in.

Oh, and just in case you don't believe it, they actually do read all the stuff they get sent. If enough people send them things, they actually get a bit worried. Maybe not enough to act, but enough to make them think at least.

There, I feel better now.

Holy crap, i can't beleave that they expect you go ahead with that...most of the stuff was covered on the web page, but geez...if i buy a CD, i'm not buying a license, i'm buying the CD, and if i choose to re-sell, or whatever, i'm entitled to do so [under the First Sale Doctrine]

you MUST register?

no one will come into my house unless they have a warrent...

that license is a crock, and if there's any sort of congress writing campaign, i'll write to mine if need be...

if someone would write up a form letter, it'd be eaiser, as i'm lazy

I agree. There were a lot of GOOD pictures but not many that you would call a BEST picture. There are very few films that I am sitting here and saying to myself 'I have to have this on DVD.' Same thing with the Best Actor nominations.
