It's new this week, and so far, he has recapped the TV shows (and the MITB PPV) and has included a lot of interesting nuggets as to what the creative teams and Vince McMahon thought of certain performers, and storylines that were thought up but never followed through:

Found it interesting that, supposedly, they were interested about bringing the Dudleys in and coming up with storylines for them. Nothing against the Dudleys specifically, but is it any wonder they struggle to come up with storylines for current talent if they're thinking about wrestlers not even in WWE? Boo.

I would have expected that Titan would have made him sign some kind of non-disclosure/IP agreement when he left.

Agreed. The blog's sudden disappearance has gotta be a non-disclosure agreement issue.
I only got a chance to look at it for a couple of minutes. Wish I looked at it for longer but I didn't expect it to go down so suddenly. But from the little I saw, I couldn't really tell how legit the guy's insights were. The whole "how I would have booked it" gimmick seemed kinda lame. Fantasy booking isn't any better just because of who you used to work for. And stuff like that made me wonder how truthful he was when he said, for example, "I was the one who said we should have Miz win the MITB match and the WWE title." Kinda gave the whole site an air of Barry Horowitz-style back patting.

Having actually read almost an entire page, it was more about what longterm plans changed and other people's perceptions of certain talent. Most of him talking about his own ideas was which ones were rejected. | geemoney

Not really. He addressed that in part one of the Torch Talk, saying he was a huge fan of wrestling growing up and if you're a writer and don't "get" the product, you won't last long. | Moss

Did Prince Jr. state he was a wrestling fan before being signed by the WWe? Then again he was stepped over and ignored until he quit.

Eh, maybe the flow of ideas was going faster than the flow of grammar and when used the ole' spellchecker everything was kosher? I get what you mean though, I'm the same way.
I think any former employee of WWE, or any wrestling company for that matter, who says the WWE or their employer hated wrestling fans is just bitter they got fired. Sour grapes, and such.

And the story mostly comes from the newsletter writers, who've clearly been told this from the people who are involved with the hiring.
But I do think it's an overstatement. WWE probably wants wrestling fans, but wants fans of their style of wrestling and (more important) their style of writing. They're always looking for people who can fit in to how they're already doing things. If someone can vouch that a writer who's a wrestling fan will fit in and follow their direction, then they'll probably be okay.

He was a RAW guest host before he was a company employee, and he'd said on more than one occasion in interviews that he was a big wrestling fan.
