Every so often, The Office just has one of those shows where they decide screw the plot advancement and allow hijinks to ensue. Which some weeks is a good thing and shows how good the writers are at going back and forth between the episodic stuff and the silly stuff.
Sometimes, just silly and silly alone is good.

2:42 - THIS WAS THE BEST LAUGH-OUT-LOUD SCENE OF THE SEASON, hands down.
There were a couple of itty-bitty plot advancements: Kevin adding fuel to the Jim/Pam/Karen fire when betting on the jellybeans, and Michael admitting things are getting complicated with Jan, for example.

This almost seemed like an episode that could have taken place any time during the series' history. Like maybe they took an old script and stuck in references to current storylines, Kevin with the Jellybeans, Michael discussing his sex life with Jan. That's not a knock, because it was a good show, it just gave me that feeling.
Dean! Have you been shooting dope into your scrotum? You can tell me! I'm hip!

As far as I know, not legally. NBC.com only posts 2-minute recaps of this show.
