I'm looking to buy 2-3 tickets to the May 30 game between the Red Sox and the Mariners in Boston. I'm keeping my eye on some eBay auctions, but nothing is really turning up yet. Are there any other avenues I can pursue? I think I did a search on Stubhub, but that turned up bubkis, and I even noticed a ticket search on overstock.com that didn't have what I needed. Any of you "W's" selling tickets to this game?

A Sunday afternoon game on Memorial Day weekend? Only shot you have is to show up at Fenway with several pictures of Ben Franklin in your pocket to give scalpers. Either that or be lucky enough to get standing room tickets.
If you are around an extra day, the Red Sox have a make-up game with Baltimore on Memorial Day, so there might be a few tickets available for May 31st.

These are desperate times. And desperate times call for desperate measures. Thus, its time to break out the Cubs/White Sox/Red Sox call to put the Kaiser back on the throne.

Check redsox.com a couple days before. They typically relase some seats within a few days of the game. (nothing front-row or anything like that) But like RSN said, you may run into a big problem being a holiday weekend and all.

Reserved for future use.

I'm noticing this. A pair of bleacher seats are going for 91 dollars right now. I did not know about the make-up game on Memorial Day, I'll have to keep that in mind.

I did my public service for the day, and www.redsox.com has single obstructed view grandstand seats for that game for $44.00. If you are unfamiliar with obstructed view, you're behind a pole. Literally. I actually have the back of one of the old obstructed views. Good old seat 10. Of course, you have to then throw in the $3.50 charge, plus another $5.00 per ticket charge, so it would be more than 50 bucks to sit behind a pole. If you decide to do this, just use the tickets to get in the ballpark, get there early for batting practice, and try to get the best standing room spot you can or wander around the ballpark throughout the game.

I've scouted those out, and while me and my buddies would be fine with that arrangement, I don't think my cousing will. She'll probably want to sit down, preferably not behind a pole. Ebay is looking like my best option. I just missed out on some in section 23 earlier today.

Yes. Yes he can. If only the Giants have the cajones to dock his pay.
