Whatever happen to the day when tag teams had cool names like Demolition and the Road Warriors. Now the best names they can up with are Billy & Chuck or something Boyz. I would like you to suggest names for these teams:

Hardcore Holly/Val Venis
Lance Storm/Christian
Biily & Chuck
Booker T/Goldust

Here's my names:

Hardcore Holly/Val Venis: WWE Tag Team Champions
Lance Storm/Christian: The Anti-Freakin-Americans
Billy & Chuck: Billy & Chuck
Booker T & Goldust: Broken Up

Tag Team names are hard to come up with, a stupid one can kill a team (open dictionary, see Cheese, Head). It's safer not giving them one.

Whoa, calm down, I guess you don't like tag teams names. I don't know how with such classic past names like Men at Work, TechoTeam 2000, and the American Males.

I didn't really say I didn't like them, it's just rare that they come up with good ones. I mean, for every Demolition theres a High Energy (even though that music was awesome). I don't think anyone is ever going to come up with a good name for Holly and Venis (and NO! Hardcore Porn doesn't count) The best names are often the obvious ones, like Billy & Chuck or the Hardy Boyz.

And Broken Up was simply a reference to the fact that as long as Goldust is by Booker's side, he'll never truly break through.

1. None needed
2. Anti-Americans is fine to me.
3. Before, I woulda said Asschucks, but I dug a little deeper and came up with the slightly more confusing Chuck Rock.

Storm & Christian- Team Canada fits well, I hate "Anti-Americans"- America is not the US, Canada is part of America, too. It makes no sense to me. How about the Maple Leaf Militia?

Holly & Venis- Big & Hard

Booker T & Goldust- Break this team up and put me in the main event.... Suckaaaa!!!

Billy & Chuck- The Ambiguously Gay Duo

anti-americans is better as they arent pro-canada. they are anti-america!!

as stated before good names are hard to come by and unless you can think of something cool its better to just use names.
Edge & Christian, Chuck & Billy both sound good imo.
The team of Owen Hart & Jeff Jarrett was never given a name and yet they rocked. I remember there being some contest for it though..

The Head Cheese name was great, as it was meant as a comedy gimmick.

The contest was won by somebody that entered the name "Canadian Country." I believe they lost the tag titles, and stopped teaming on a regular basis soon afterwards, so the name was useless.

Yes, indeed I can dig it, Sucker.

You should try the same thing with Pixies songs. Though it'd be really hard to get Bird Dream of the Olympus Mons or Subbacultcha past anyone paying attention. I had no idea what was up with that until goodhelmet said something.
