Who still has it?

Who still uses it?

I went and looked at one today, and they changed the whole thing in the last week or so. It looks better than it used to, but I think it is a ghost town.

FIPS, if I understand right, is an encryption standard. It'd make it harder for other people to intercept your data, but it would have no affect on their ability to log onto the network. There are simpler solutions that might work. Have you tried:
