This exchange took place: Random chick: (stops me while I'm trying to walk by) Me: (stares) Her: (stares back) Me (thinking): What's the deal? She must really think she recognises me. Me (talking): Uhh....I don't know you, either. Her: Okay - have a nice night! Me: ... ...thanks? I guess
So...if that was you and you're reading this now....sorry!
I have loads of other fun stories of tonight which I will share not with you but with my wife when she returns. I think I've learned that the REAL action at this bar is outside where everyone smokes. The PROBLEM with this is I don't get to hear the people performing Staraoke - and, even worse, they tend not to hear ME unless I really turn up the volume. I may have accomplished this with the Supertramp, but I forgot to ask.
Sadly, this is one of two Supertramp songs in the book, and even this one only cropped up recently. The other one is "It's Raining Again" and I kinda don't like it so much.
Clearly I am still feeling enough of the apparently buzz from a whopping FOUR Grain Belt Premium drafts to regale you with all this intimate knowledge of me. Odds of me making it to work on time in less than seven hours: 0%

Caught the video on VH-1 Classic last evening. Weird. Would have loved to hear it. It's been waaaaay to long since I've done any myself.

Last night I sang "Home Sweet Home" and busted my voice. Oh well. We should all suffer for our art!
