13th man in the majors, and 4th in the American League to accomplish the aforementioned feat.

And none of them were cheapies, either. Very impressive.

If I'm not mistaken, there were exactly 100 3 hr games in between 4 hr games. Just a noteworthy observation.

Damn Porzio for knocking him out of his groove in the 7th when he hit him. Even after that, he JUST missed knocking it in the ninth. What was cool was listening and even the announcers for the White Sox were rooting for Cameron to get #5. The fact he was once a White Sox player surely didn't hurt that and the warm crowd response I would think.

I hope Reds GM Jim Bowden can't sleep at night. Cameron should still be our Centerfielder and Griffey should be in the ATL or in the Pinstripes.

You think Bowden should have traded Griffey to the Yanks? For what?

Incidentally, Yankees suck. Can't mention the Yankees in a post without noting their suckitude.

Glad to see that Rauch and Parque get sent to the minors right after the game. That is ridiculous to give up 6 homers in a game. I was rooting for Cammy to get his 5th in the last at-bat, and boy he came pretty close. We really need to get another veteran starter, I don't think Parque will ever get back his old form.

Talljacks? I've never heard that term before.

So...you're saying that Bonds admitted using steroids (allegedly) unknowingly because...?? If he was clean he would have said that he's clean. I don't recall a Bonds-esque tirade following this leak claiming that that wasn't what he said.
