Damn Porzio for knocking him out of his groove in the 7th when he hit him. Even after that, he JUST missed knocking it in the ninth. What was cool was listening and even the announcers for the White Sox were rooting for Cameron to get #5. The fact he was once a White Sox player surely didn't hurt that and the warm crowd response I would think.

I hope Reds GM Jim Bowden can't sleep at night. Cameron should still be our Centerfielder and Griffey should be in the ATL or in the Pinstripes.

I think if you are in the passing lane, and not passing, your license should be revoked, and you should be forced to ride the bus until you promise to never delay the rest of us again.
Glad to see that Rauch and Parque get sent to the minors right after the game. That is ridiculous to give up 6 homers in a game. I was rooting for Cammy to get his 5th in the last at-bat, and boy he came pretty close. We really need to get another veteran starter, I don't think Parque will ever get back his old form.

BucsFan, no, my point is not that money wins titles in baseball--my point is, it's an advantage. You still have to make good decisions, and you still have to get breaks, but money gives you more margin for error.
