He was pretty fun teaming w/ Chuck, so I'd put Billy above all his other characters.

Too bad the Road Dogg can't get his sh*t together and we could have a New Age Outlaws reunion ...

| #8 Posted on 2.6.03 1713.31 | Well, I'm far from the biggest Billy Gunn fan. And I absolutley HATED the Mr. Ass gimmick.
But the 'AssMan' theme song was a guilty pleasure of mine, so I'm happy. Just as long as he doesn't get a main-event push this time around.
What am I saying? He's a shitty worker. OF COURSE HE'LL GET A MAIN EVENT PUSH!
Oh well. Still love that song, though.

I agree with every word written above. Ass Man is quite simply the BEST SONG EVER. End of discussion.

| #11 Posted on 6.6.03 1429.51 | I will admit that I am a Billy Gunn fan. Yes, I am. I'd mark out like a lunatic to hear the "I GOT IT ALL" song, from his days as "THE ONE BILLY GUNN". The Bad Ass part...I dunno, it just wouldn't be the same without DX behind him.

| #12 Posted on 6.6.03 1448.08 | I watched SmackDown for the first time in a looong time last night and I couldn't help but think how perfect Billy Gunn would be for the FBI. They need that Tommy Rich/not-the-least-bit-Italian guy, plus he could be reteaming with (not) Chuck Palumbo again.

| #13 Posted on 6.6.03 1458.57 | I was at Tuesday's Smackdown taping and Billy wrestled a dark match. I have bad news for the haters (Like me)...the crowd popped HYOOOGE! I kept yelling, "Sit down people! It's only Billy Gunn!"
For those who liked "Ass Man", that is indeed his entrance music. He was introduced as "Mr. Ass" Billy Gunn. He didn't really show any fire or any new offense, but he seemed REALLY happy that the crowd was eating him up.

| #14 Posted on 6.6.03 1520.25 | Does anyone remember the proposed names for that team? It was right around the time that WCW was about to take over the WWF (don't remember; how'd that turn out?) and Show was pestering McMahon to see which names he liked.. I remember Show Gunn, but I'm stumped on the others. Anyone?

They should just bring him back as Rockabilly. At this point, why the hell not? Still, welcome back Billy Gunn, the poor man's Buff Bagwell. There, I said it.

That is just that surprise return pop. I am thinking that after 2 or 3 weeks on TV, things will be back to normal.
