Glad I wasn't the only one. Somewhere there's a Google server going "WTF????".

As usual, I'm late to the conversation (so much so, I have no idea what you're talking about). Anyway, I found this link, which links to other movie quote sites. I thought that this may be useful to someone some day. If not, well...never mind.

Sadly, I know that quote without having to go to any quote website. It's from Ford Fairlane when Ford kisses Zuzu Pettles.

Not exactly a cinematic masterpiece, but that hard-top convertible car was fantastic.

Yeah I knew it immediately too. I love that movie, especially the whole bit with him and Gottfried. "Fuckin' LA drivers. How do they get their license?"

Sad to say, that is one of my all-time favorite movies.

I remember reading a interview with Renny Harlin in Entertainment Weekly about his movies going to DVD. He was expecting fans of his to clamor for special editions of Die Hard 2 or Cliffhanger or Deep Blue Sea but most of the fans want a special edition of Ford Fairlane. Sadly, I am one of those fans. I think that movie appeals to some buried, misogynistic part of me.

Ed O'Neill is awesome in that movie. "Bootytime, Bootytime, across the U.S.A... Bootytime, Bootytime, hey, hey, hey..."

Sorry for wiping out the thread without giving the answer. There were no replies, so I figured the interest was nil.

I would kill for a DVD of that, but only if the director's commentary is done with Wayne Newton just telling random Vegas stories, Morris Day thanking God that Kevin Smith made him seem cool to a new generation, and Lauren Holly reminding people she used to be with Jim Carrey...oh and Andrew Dice Clay wondering where his career went.

I guess I'm outta the loop. What's the connection between Morris Day and Kevin Smith?

In Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back Jay says they pattern their lives around The Time and at the end everyone goes to see a live performance by them.

Thank you, all! Halfway home to 100! Actually at 50, I am now in better shape than I have been for the last 15 years.
