Actually, it's "House 2: The Second Story" but you were close there.

And both of those movies are freaking great.

I would suggest Star Trek V if it wasn't so (unintentionally) hilarious.

Godfather I made me proud to be an Italian. Godfather III had me telling my friends that Italian Catholics don't really lust after our cousins who can't act.

This is another reason why Lost In Translation is so incredible; Sofia Coppola will now go down in history for something other than being a craptacular actress.

Worst sequel ever is Highlander II, also known as How Can We Totally Contradict The First Movie.

Universal Soldier : The Return, poor Goldberg.
Highlander: Endgame (3?) was awful too.

A lot of people I know really liked this movie, but that's not going to stop me from throwing Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom into the ring. So terrible and offensive on so many levels, made even worse by the fact that it seems to be so popular! AAARRRGGHH!!!

I saw Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle last weekend. I loved the first but that was just garbage.

Oh, and the twist in the film? Pretty much ruined by the constant advertisements saying "DEMI MOORE IS A FALLEN ANGEL! YEP, SHE'S EVIL FOLKS"

Well, the first HALF of Rocky II is the worst of the bunch. But the rematch itself may be the best fight in any of the Rocky movies (it's a debatable point to be sure, but this is IMO).

So really, the last 1/3 of awesome cancels out the opening 2/3 of muck.

Mortal Kombat II was pretty heinous, and that's saying a lot since I kind of enjoyed MK1. *hangs head in shame*

I loved Rocky II. The scene with him training, and then running with all the kids behind him? I used to watch that over and over again through high school. I could probably watch II and III and give the dialogue as I'm watching the film.

Great music! Brutal brutal film. Only positive was at least they didn't make John Goodman play Jake!

EDIT: Oh and Highlander 2 for me. Plus any of the higher numbers of sequels. Once you hit 5 its time to put it to bed. (I'm looking at you Police Acadamy).

I fully agree. Horrid stuff there.

And how can we forget Superman III, co-starring Richard Pryor and Christopher Reeves.

To quote Bill Simmons, I'm waiting for Kazaam: The Director's Cut.

There were two sequels to "House" - House II: The Second Story and House IV: Home Deadly Home. House III was never made, no explanation was ever given as to why it was skipped.

I've seen that too Mike. 1 is pretty damn good though.

My choice for worst sequel ever: Troll 2. There aren't even any Trolls in it!

EDIT: How could I forget Highlander 2? They're from space? WTF RARRRRRRRRRRR
