Call me cynical, but I guess this will will have a price tag attatched.
And the least surprising quote in the article?
"Not everyone agrees with their theory"

The rule change makes sense. Any overzealous, partisan prosecutor can try to indict somebody of the other party for some ridiculous charge. But.... The timing on this is absolutely ridiculous.
