| #2 Posted on 2.10.03 1318.09 | Instant Rating: 3.10 | That's my team! hehe What I don't get is that Stoudamire's drug posession charges were a misdemeanor. He almost had 1.5 ounces of weed. Thats a couple hundred bucks worth. When I moved to Arizona a couple months ago, I was warned that posession of any marijuana is a FELONY(which is a shock coming from Eugene OR). How could he be charged with a misdemeanor then? I mean, he obviously isn't dealing(he's just a pothead, not Leon Lett), but that's still a lot. Was it just special treatment for the former Wildcat? |
