Well, Jim Leyland (sports.yahoo.com) is the first new manager hired this offseason. I thought maybe he was a better choice than Manual for the Phillies last season. It'll be interesting to see what he can do with the Tigers. Just how far away are they from being a good team? I don't get to see much of the AL (besides Yanks/Sox).
I think Jim Tracy would be a good fit in Pittsburgh. It seemed like he wasn't the one who should have been fired from the Dodgers, as it seems like the crappy moves the GM made lead to the Dodgers demise, not so much the manager's job. Some reports have him as being the frontrunner for that job.
Now, I'm a poor little Aussie. I have one great RP in Rivera, but next is some guy Mike williams. He had 22 saves and 6 wins last year and is the only other guy on my team to record a save last year.
Do I stick with him or try to pick up a dark horse?...
