It looks like the career of one of my favorite NFL players is finally over. (msn.foxsports.com) I have fond memories of watching him when he was at Purdue and was happy to see him do well in Tampa. I do find it surprising that he lasted as long as he did given the physical problems he had during his career. While I know a number of people who paint a less than flattering picture of him personally, I have to say that in my limited interactions he was always unfailingly nice and polite.

Depends how much they're planning on paying him. When he did play this season it definately looked like he'd lost half a yard. Whether that was because he was struggling for fitness or father time is simply catching up on him I know not.
