Caught some of this tonight. Mick Foley and Antonio Sabado, Jr., swapped wives, with the women having to first go by the rules of the other woman and then able to set their own rules for the last half of the week.

Didn't paint him in the best of lights in terms of being a father and husband, but he came across okay overall. His wife pretty much does everything -- picks up the dog's poop, cleans up after everyone, cooks a DIFFERENT dinner for each person, etc. And at least during the show, Mick was pretty much ... on the computer, ignoring roughhousing kids, and not helping out around the house. His new wife was very anal (she has a six-page daily "to-do" list laminated on her fridge to check off each day), but she was able to work with him a bit. If you saw Mick when he was cleanshaven and with a haircut, it was because of her efforts during taping this show.

Overall he came across pretty much as a nice and cuddly guy, but just the type of dad who lets the mom handle everything. I guess that's a result of being on the road so much and not really having a place at home, but it was an interesting peek inside his home life.

I saw the last bit of this. Dewey's so old, my goodness. If you tried to cane him now, I bet he'd beat your ass.

I actually DVR'd this in an effort to get my wife to stop watching these shows (married folks who disagree on TV might follow my logic). Mick's wife mentioned how hot Sabado Jr. was 3 or 4 times, it was sort of funny. Kind of sad to see that Mick can't put his sock on by himself anymore.

That explains why Mick keeps that sock in his pants.

The editing of the show was probably skewed to depict such for purposes of the episode's narrative, but the Foley children sure seemed worthless. They came off as rich, lazy kids who don't do anything. When Mick was Dewey's age, he was a motivated go-getter doing whatever it took to follow his life's passion. An ill-advised life's passion, but nonetheless.

Mick should make them all wrestle Terry Funk to teach them some values.

"Dewey Foley, you're the son of a whore!"

At least Noelle Foley was spared inheriting her father's looks, unlike her brothers.

I was hoping against rationality Mick would have put Cheryl Sabato, Jr. though a flaming table, or at least some thumbtacks. Boy, I hated her. Alas.

I think it's more probable that instead of them all being out doing whatever kids do, they were all corralled into the house while the cameras were there. I just didn't understand why, although it is a beautiful home, they are raising a half dozen kids in that small of a place.

As for Sabato's wife, I was hoping somebody would punch her when she was going on about why she needs her house so clean because that's the way God wants it.

I tried to watch the episode last night online, but I could only make it to the part where the wives see the other families' homes for the first time ("omg check out this list on the fridge", "omg I grew up watching Mankind on WWE!", etc). I've heard of reality shows skewing/editing dialogue to make someone look bitchier than they are, but I dont think Sabato's fiancee needed any help. Anywho, I really wanted to see how it turned out, but I just couldnt make it past Sabato's fiancee.

Also, is Noelle old enough for me to point out how hot she is? A quick check of Wikipedia says she was born in 1993, so I think I'm ok!

I think it has to do with the "Boys Club" attitude in the WWF. A lot of the *boys* probably have a problem with women getting insanely over. I have a hard time believing EVERYTIME a Diva gets pushed that she becomes a head case...
