Not that it's going to happen, I just really hope it does happen. He's just as bad to watch on Sunday Countdown as Irvin was.
I've heard Parcells is coming back, which would go a long way towards helping my hopes realized, and I would also love to see Steve Young back on the panel, I think he was the best guy they had the year before last.

Although I will admit that sometimes Ditka and Irvin together was uncomfortable to watch. Not so much because they were both so bad but because it was obvious they had very different philosophies on just about everything, and Ditka had absolutely no desire to ever hide his true feelings about anything.

I'm thinking, YES, you might have been. Not counting those people who like to watch train wrecks, of course. | Mayhem

Yes you are. All of my friends hate Irvin. I hate Irvin. Nobody I know likes him. This is a step in the right direction.
Do you think God knew what He was doing when He created woman? Huh? No shit. I really wanna know. Or do you think it was another one of His minor mistakes like tidal waves, earthquakes, FLOODS? You think women are like that? S'matter? You don't think God makes mistakes? Of course He does. We ALL make mistakes. Of course, when WE make mistakes they call it evil. When GOD makes mistakes, they call it... nature. So whaddya think? Women... a mistake... or DID HE DO IT TO US ON PURPOSE?

Hold nothing sacred and you'll never be dissapointed. Especially not this statement.

| #8 Posted on 20.2.07 2315.51 | Instant Rating: 3.62 | I have mixed feelings about Irvin. On the one hand he says a lot of ridiculous things and I was extremely tired of his constant bias towards TO and the Cowboys. On the other hand the rest of those guys are going to be REALLY dull without Irvin saying ridiculous things all the time. Personally I wish the guy they'd get rid of is Berman. I know, not going to happen, but he's been the most annoying person on the face of the earth for over a decade now.

I agree with the vast majority of this, though I would have liked to see both Irvin AND Berman go. The only good Irvin moment I can think of was when Tom Jackson finally had enough of him and asked him flat out, "Are you retarded?".

Welcome to the Odyssey.
