Here's Stein's story (espn.go.com).

I love Super Cool Beas but the man ain't right in the head. Maybe I love him BECAUSE he ain't right in the head. I hope he finds the success in Phoenix he couldn't get in Miami or Sota.

Beas wouldn't DIRECTLY confirm it but he did retweet this tweet, which is just as good:

As a Timberwolves fan, CRZ, you know, I don't: Good deal for the Suns, or not?

Lord knows I love this man, but he is a head case. That said, I think he will get to truly play at his natural position (the 4) on the Suns, and he hasn't had that opportunity since at least Miami, arguably not even there so he hasn't had a chance to get slotted reliably at the 4 since he joined the league. He doesn't play defense, so he's perfect for the Suns. ;-) But I would have hope that Gentry could coach Beasley, and something something miracle training staff something (I know nothing about the Suns' training staff but they were mentioned in EVERY blog post I read about this deal, so...in fact, almost everything here is just me repeating other people's blogs and opinions! But I do agree with them.)

It really doesn't but here's what Scott Howard-Cooper has to say.... http://sports.espn.go.com/ nba/columns/story?columnist=howard- cooper_scott& id=1753220 We're talking Phil Jackson and logic, so already things are off to a bad start.
