No, I'm not wondering *why* we all have experience; I'm curious as to whether there was a specific game that inspired the decision, or if it's just a general appreciation for RPGs. And does the level go up to 99 and stop (once someone gets there, that is), AANNNND is it directly related to 5K posts?

It's because the original code for this board was written by a guy who runs a BBS dedicated to old skool console emulation and games. A lot of the "gamey" feel was left intact, I would assume because Zim'n'Zim were too lazy to pull it out. (or maybe because they think it's nifty... who knows)

I don't understand the reticence of the moderators to correct thread titles that are obvious errors, like a couple weeks ago when a thousand RAW episodes suddenly passed without anyone having any memory of it.
