In a follow-up to this thread I posted on Christmas Eve last year, the Memphis Grizzlies have now waived 31-year-old, former three-time All-Star point guard Steve Francis. He did not appear in a game with the team, nor did he even travel with them.

I might be a homer, too, but I think the Celtics are ready start winning a few more games. They have played quite respectably so far and newcomers like Tony Allen and Al Jefferson have added a spark to go with Pierce, Payton and Ricky Davis.
