|  #1 Posted on 9.12.03 1044.03 | Instant Rating: 1.51 | On no less than FIVE websites this morning, I have read comments or recaps from people that have no idea what a popcorn fart is. This amazes me. Maybe it is a southern thing. Popcorn fart has two possible meanings:
a) a small or petite person, "She's a little popcorn fart."
b) an insignificant person or event, "he/she/it don't amount to a popcorn fart in a hurricane."
I hope this clears up the confusion.
